Returns & Exchanges
The Tea: All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and custom press-on sets, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order and sizing before purchasing!
Refunds
The Tea: All sales are final, but we're not unreasonable—we're here to help! If your order arrives damaged or completely different from what you purchased, please email us at Victoria@missfitnailstudio.com with your order number and a picture of the item. We’ll review it on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find the best possible resolution.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
The Tea: Not at this time. We are working on expanding our reach, but for now, we only ship within the U.S.
General Shipping
The Tea: We believe in honest pricing, so what you see is what you get! We don't charge for shipping because we don't want to pay for it either. 😉 The price you see on each item is the final price, not including taxes.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, with the exception of our press-on sizing kits, which are mailed in a standard, untracked envelope.

Are your products all-natural?
The Tea: Yes! Every single product is made with skin-loving, natural ingredients. We never use artificial fragrances or harsh chemicals—just pure, high-vibe goodness.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
The Tea: Yes, always! Our products are 100% vegan and are never tested on animals.
How should I store my products?
The Tea: To keep your products fresh and potent, store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight.
Custom Press-On Nails
How do I find my nail sizes?
The Tea: The easiest way to get your perfect fit is by purchasing a sizing kit! We highly recommend this to ensure your set is an absolute dream. Once you have your sizes, you can order a custom set.
Do you offer custom designs?
The Tea: Yes! I can create a one-of-a-kind, reusable set based on your design vision. Just submit your inspo pics and your nail sizes when you order.
How long do press-on nails last?
The Tea: With proper application and nail prep, your press-on nails can last anywhere from 1-3 weeks. With proper removal, you can reuse them over and over again.
What comes with my press-on order?
The Tea: Every order includes a mini nail file, a buffer, a cuticle pusher, alcohol wipes, and nail glue to help you achieve a flawless application.
